2. The services we provide

Bitvers offers software development, mobile and web application development, agricultural consultation and managed agri-investment programs. Scope, deliverables, timelines and pricing for any specific engagement are set out in a separate written agreement with the client.

3. Investment program

Our agricultural investment offering (maize and coffee plots) is governed by an individual investment agreement signed by both parties before any capital is committed. All investments carry risk. Past performance and projected returns are not guarantees of future results. Bitvers will provide full, written risk disclosure before any agreement is executed.

4. Intellectual property

All website content, text, images, logos, code, is the property of Bitvers Technologies unless otherwise indicated. You may not reproduce, distribute or modify it without prior written permission, except for normal personal viewing in a web browser.

5. Acceptable use
